We were referred by our previous Century realtor. We trusted her and Kathi met every expectation we had for our dream home purchase. There was some drama with the sellers and contractual addendums but Kathi never batted an eye and gave us such good, professional advice. We relied heavily on her expertise and thick skin which worked out very well for us! She provided such good advise and did not hesitate to put in late hours for us regarding contracts and logistics. Kathi was so personable and professional which struck a nice balance for the type of realtor we needed and desired from the beginning. We moved from out of state with 2 babies.
