Buyer reviewKathi went above and beyond our expectations. We live in Texas and were not able to come to Colorado Springs on three ocassions when a house came on the market which fit our needs. Never fear, Kathi made arrangements with the homeowner to preview the house via Facetime. On each presentation ,Kathi did an in depth review of the house, noting details about the house which we were not able to see reviewing the house via pictures on Zillow or the Century 21 web site. Kathi also drove around the neighborhood noting the condition of other house within the general area. We ended up buying a house that was previewd by Kathi via facetime and are extremely pleased with the house. In the process of buying our home my wife and I feel like we made a new friend in Colorado Springs.

Buyer reviewKathi took our needs and wants in mind when selectinh properties and was open to our suggestions as well. She advocated for us after inspection for a new roof without us even having to ask. It was an arduous process selling my old home but she never gave up and was supportive and reassuring the whole way to closing. She continued to check on us after closing, and we absolutely will recommend her to everyone we can!
