She helped navigate us by sending emails keeping us current on what was out there and always being available to answer questions or give her advice. She made a sometimes stressful situation run so smoothly and I couldn't have asked for better. Even after we backed out of a home because of its flood insurance, Kathy never skipped a beat. Keeping us on track to finding the home that was meant to be ours. I would recommend her 20 times over!!
