Kathy made the process of selling our first home and purchasing our second much smoother than I ever would have imagined it could be. I interviewed other realtors and what stood out about Kathy was her knowledge and appreciation of the area in which we were selling. She had an honest assessment of its upsides and downsides and promptly provided a comparative market analysis which she guided us through. Despite our house being in a lower priced bracket (and thus not a giant commission maker) she took us seriously and worked very hard for us. Kathy always returned calls and informed us of events promptly. She accurately gauged the market as was proven when our house sold to the first buyer at exactly asking price. Also, and you can't underestimate this during such a stressful process, she was friendly and encouraging, professional, and not at all pushy. Due to trips out of the area on both our parts, I didn't get to spend much time with Kathy during the buying process. It's too bad because I would have appreciated her opinions, but on the other hand I was happy to find my next house relatively quickly. Kathy finessed the negotiations and both closings. I have no doubt that there were countless things she did behind the scenes I wasn't even aware of.
