Buyer reviewI called Kathy after seeing her name and number on a property sign. I explained what we were looking for and the price range. She was very prompt on returning my call. She stated she would send me information on available properties. After reviewing the on-line properties in our price range I gave Kathy a new price range and asked her to start another search. She was extremely understanding. She gave us several open house listings. We looked at approx. 8 locations. We did issue an offer but 1 hour later decided to pull back the offer. Kathy was understanding and we continued the search. I asked Kathy to check 51 Gloria St. She was very helpful at the showing and readily pointed out issues that needed to be addressed. We were extremely satisfied with Kathy's performance and we would not hesitate to recommend her.
