Buyer reviewFrom the get-go, Kate seemed down to earth, approachable, and eager to help us find a home we would love. It didn't seem like she was just out to make a sale; she put the effort in to get to know us and find us the perfect home. Every step of the way, she was excellent: quick to respond, willing to find us the answers to any questions we had, and set up appointments for viewings. She even went above and beyond to update us on the state of the house we loved while on vacation! We absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who has the knowledge and the resources to find their perfect home!

Buyer reviewThe whole process of purchasing a home can sometimes be a little nerve racking and intimidating but I felt really at ease working with Kathryn Gingery and everything was seamless from start to finish. She is very friendly, trustworthy, and professional. We wouldn't have found our home without her. She found a listing that was outside of our search area but thought we would like it so she sent it to us. It turned out to be the perfect house for us. There were already a few offers made on the home but she helped us negotiate and the seller ended up accepting our offer. Kathryn's communication during the closing process was amazing. I would highly recommend working with Kathryn and we will definitely be working with her again in the future.
