Kate Gingery was the best realtor ever. She responded quickly when we needed her and crushed it when it came time to selling our place. I will 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. I met Kathryn Gingery randomly after I was contacted by someone when I entered my details in realtor.com. This was while I was searching for a house to buy in East Lansing/Okemos, MI. The person who contacted me sent Kathryn as the agent to show me the property. She called me right away and we made an appointment for a show of a condo in Haslett. When she showed me the condo which I did not like, we discussed afterwards about my urgent need for a house. She was so friendly, kind and understanding! I then asked her to become by agent to which she agreed. She was such a nice and helpful person all through the process! Despite my highly selective nature, she was patient and showed me several other properties which I did not like! Eventually, she showed me one which I liked and she started on the requisite paperwork to kickstart the process. She was quick to respond to inquiries and always had a solution/suggestion to my inquiries! Kathryn Gingery is such an awesome and knowledgeable person to work with! I thank God I met her, because she made the entire process enjoyable given that I was a first time home owner with no prior experience in the home-buying process! She is such an awesome agent! I would recommend her to anyone without a second thought! I had a fantastic experience with Kathryn Gingery all through the purchase process! My wife can attest to the same! Kathryn Gingery was great to work with always responded to calls, texts or e-mails in a timely manner with answers to our questions. The marketing and listing of the home we were selling included extremely professional photos and video. Would highly recommend her to those selling or buying a she was our agent on both transactions in our case.
