Buyer reviewThe whole process of purchasing a home can sometimes be a little nerve racking and intimidating but I felt really at ease working with Kathryn Gingery and everything was seamless from start to finish. She is very friendly, trustworthy, and professional. We wouldn't have found our home without her. She found a listing that was outside of our search area but thought we would like it so she sent it to us. It turned out to be the perfect house for us. There were already a few offers made on the home but she helped us negotiate and the seller ended up accepting our offer. Kathryn's communication during the closing process was amazing. I would highly recommend working with Kathryn and we will definitely be working with her again in the future.
