Seller reviewKathy Hollingshead is such a great realtor. She was so patient with my husband throughout our sale. He is very hard of hearing and this makes explaining things to him difficult, on top of the fact that he hates change. Kathy was able to deal with him so well and I can't say enough good about her. She made the process easy. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She even sold my younger sister a home a few months later and will likely sell my remaining sister a house in the next year! If selling or buying a home is a daunting process for you, please use Kathy Hollingshead.

Having known her through many civic clubs, I knew her to be responsible and level headed.Selling a home and buying a new one is a large and scary prospect and Kathy made this easy for us. Although we had a tight market and many crazy things happen that neither of us had any control over, she smoothed the way to our new home. She is a calm and sincere person. I just trusted her to do what was best for us and she delivered. We are so happy. I can't imagine using anyone else in the valley.

Buyer reviewI met Kathy at an open house she held, and liked that she was warm, friendly, and considerate, but not at all pushy. When I asked a question about the house she was showing, she quickly tracked down the answer for me, even following up with city records, which I greatly appreciated. Although I was not ultimately interested in the house she was showing, I liked her so well that I chose to have her help me as a buyer's agent. I really enjoyed working with Kathy. She knows the market, understood the type of house I was looking for, and was able to alert me to opportunities as soon as they came up (including the house I purchased). She was patient, knowledgeable, and somebody I trusted completely. A very big thank you to Kathy for all her help.

Seller reviewKathy Hollingshead worked closely with me during the whole process of selling my father's house in Clarkston. She understood the market very well, worked around an estate sale and sold the house by the end of the first week on the market. She kept me informed throughout the process and was always available to answer questions even though most of the communications were long distance due to my remote location in Portland.
