She finds listings in your price range and comparable homes as well along with gathering all details for property location, parks, recreation and even nice places for entertainment. She is orginized snd gave us packets for each home with all we needed and she was able to show homes at times that worked for us. She found me and my family the most perfect home ever and we couldnt say more about Kathy and Century 21. We are just in all pleased to work with this company!

She showed us properties that she knew we'd like and need. E were in another state and came into Idaho 4 or 5 times in those years. Being far away, Kathy always contacted us promptly either with phone calls or emails. Kathy is very helpful and knowlegable, professional and kind and she will go out of her way to get you the right home.

We were in the neighborhood, She suggested that we just take a look. That's literally all it took because it was the ONE after all and we are so Glad we took that Look, while we're in the neighborhood.
