Seller reviewI went to school with and played highschool athletics with Katie Riedeman and have always known her to be a person of great moral character, unmatched work ethic and a drive to succeed at the highest level. I've watched her career in real estate grow and have not been surprised by the raving reviews she continues to accumulate from highly satisfied clients, of which we are now one, as well. When it was time to sell our home, Katie was a quick text away and from the beginning, has stayed ahead of the game and always performed above and beyond our expectations. Accessible, flexible, knowledgeable, professional, engaged, energized to make a great sale like it was her own property - we made a great choice when we went with Katie and strongly recommend her for all real estate needs.

Katie was able to explain all parts of the process, and kept me updated every week even if there wasn't any progress. She was always in contact! In such a hot market, communication and urgency are very important. Katie was not lacking in those areas one bit, if anything, she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find the right place for me! Katie was knowledgeable, always accessible, and a lifesaver during a process that can be stressful at times.
