When we first found Katie, we were looking for a younger agent who would be able to give us insight as to the area. We were from out of state and wanted to find a safe area with good schools and a good reputation. When we decided to sell our house a few years later, using Katie again was a no-brainer. Katie was an amazing communicator. She kept in touch with us almost daily on the progress of our house. I work nightshift and we have a new baby, and she worked with us to make sure that showings worked with our crazy schedule. We can't thank her enough for the work she put in to communicate with us daily to schedule showings. Katie did a great job marketing our house. She promoted our house within her office, and online/on social media. She communicated with us weekly about its "views" and activity. She was also extremely organized. Being that we moved out of Iowa, this was extremely helpful to us and we couldn't be more thankful. She even made sure that we had everything good to go for the inspections, appraisals, closing, etc. without needing to come back to Iowa. We can't thank her enough for that! The sale of our house could not have gone more smoothly. We listed at a weird time with it being the holidays and the dead of winter, but Katie got the sale done. We cannot thank her enough for the hard work she put in to get our house sold fast, to work with our crazy schedules, and keep us in the loop with the sale once we left the state.
