Buyer reviewKatie is a gem! We do not have a lot of experience buying and selling houses. She gave us expert guidance throughout the process. She always told us what the steps were and where we were in the process, including timelines. Overall, I was impressed with her attention to detail (so I did not have to attend to those details that I did not fully appreciate). If there was a way this could have gone better, I don't know what it would have been.

Buyer reviewWe were from out of town, so it was very important how available, responsive, and patient our relator was to work with. Katie was all of this and more. When we came down Ames, to look at houses, she always made time for us. When we decided to make an offer, she was very helpful with the process. When we needed to hire an inspector, Katie knew the right one to call and he was terrific. When we needed to negotiate a little with the seller about Radon Mitigation, she was very helpful. There were some extra things left by the seller, that needed to be taken care of, Katie personally took care of it. These are just a few examples of why we highly recommend Katie as a Realtor.
