Seller reviewMy husband and I built this home and lived there for 36 years. Following my husband's passing last year, I determined I would sell the home. Once I signed with Keith Liverman, he was most supportive of my needs. I knew at the outset that my property would be more difficult to sell due to the location and age of the home. Once a buyer showed interest, Keith was right on top of everything in the negotiations. He was always available to answer my numerous questions. He coordinated all testing that was required, once we entered into escrow. He constantly updated me on all events and clearly communicated everything that was happening as escrow was proceeding. He returned my phone calls immediately and was clear in all of his communications via email. Keith Liverman is a professional, whose goal was to make me a satisfied client and he succeeded.
