Whether they are buying their first home, or their 5th, or selling one of their most personal treasures, I want to be the one guiding them through the process. I have lived in the High Desert for over 22 years. My background is in construction, both residential and commercial, and as a field supervisor I had my hand in every aspect of the project. I have been married for over 30 years and have raised a wonderful family here in the Victor Valley. So, this is my home, and I want to help make it home for my clients as well.

Seller reviewI highly recommend Mr. Keith Liverman to anyone needing a realtor. I live in New Mexico and he was in California. He kept me up to date and was always available when I called. If he was with another client when, he texted to say he would call back as soon as he could. Mr. Liverman went out of his way to do whatever was necessary. He was patient while we worked to evict a squatter and was present to change the locks, etc. when the house was vacated. He hired workmen to repair damages and refurbish the house, always presenting me with an estimate before work began. The house sold the first day it went on the market for our agreed upon price. I am totally blessed to have had Keith Liverman for my realtor.
