Keith's performance was incredible he handled everything on this deal extremely well, especially when the sellers where giving us a hard time. He defended us and helped guide us throughout the entire process. Keith is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I can always count on him to us through a deal. He is always on time and accessible no matter what time of day. He is very respectful, understanding and professional. Great job! Sale went very smoothly. We had fallen out of escrow but keith was able to get it back on the market within minutes and back in escrow by the next day. He handled everything thing for us and was very easy to work with throughout the process. Keith liverman is by far the BEST agent I have ever met! He is polite, sweet, knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. I wouldn't use any other agent, he has what it takes to sell any Property no matter what the condition!
