This is the second time I have dealt with Kelly Moran. My previous experience is what had me contact her again. Kelly went above and beyond. She was always available and answered my texts and emails promptly. I also felt confident that she understood my needs and concerns. I value her opinion. Being a new construction, there were several issues. Kelly knee what to look for and how to deal with every situation.

Kelly was recommended to us by a friend. We were first time home buyers, and had no experience with the process at all. She was exactly what we needed. Kelly was there for us every step of the way. She always explained every detail and answered each of our questions patiently and fully. She always got back to us right away. When we were feeling unsure or upset, she always had a story to tell us that reassured or consoled us. She helped us pick the best team to support us by recommending an amazing lawyer, lender, and inspector. She was there for us every step of the way. She's really like family now.
