Kelly Moran is all of the above, and more. I might also add she was compassionate, and comforting (any time I was feeling a bit stressed, or overwhelmed, she assured me that I shouldn't worry because everything would work out.- true to her word, everything worked out). Kelly would send me a text, to reassure me everything was going smooth. Her texts were very much appreciated.

She was a delight to work with on purchasing my 1st new home. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. She went to the extent to meet all our requirements and needs. Kelly came highly recommended from my uncle. However, after meeting her just once, she completely "sold herself" to us! She is relatable, knowledgeable, and most importantly to us, she is always available. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and concerns. There were many terms and procedures that we did not know. No matter what time we called, texted, or emailed, Kelly would always answer back immediately. Sometimes, we would text her for clarification and she would call us back to explain to us in detail how everything worked and what the next steps were. She was extremely approachable, polite and respectful. Having worked with Kelly for so long to find our dream home, I regard her as a "friend who does real estate" and not just a "real estate agent". She made us feel comfortable as first time buyers and respected, even at our younger age, at times where others in the process did not. Kelly's personality, drive, and willingness to help assist her clients makes her an excellent real estate agent. She is passionate and treats her clients as family.
