I could not be happier with my choice of having Kelly Moran as my buy agent. As a first time home buyer, the process is very daunting and stressful. Kelly was super organized and listened to everything I wanted and needed in a house. She was honest and expressed her knowledge on certain areas in NJ. She was always available to vent to and to answer questions and conerns. You can tell she really cares about her clients. She was able to help my achieve one of my biggest dreams (closed in a month no less). I cannot recommend her enough.

Kelly came highly recommended from my uncle. However, after meeting her just once, she completely "sold herself" to us! She is relatable, knowledgeable, and most importantly to us, she is always available. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions and concerns. There were many terms and procedures that we did not know. No matter what time we called, texted, or emailed, Kelly would always answer back immediately. We could not have selected a better real estate agent than Kelly. Kelly always kept us in the loop. As we anxiously awaited to hear back from our lawyer with the response from the sellers' lawyer, Kelly shared information with us and kept in touch with their realtor as well. We always felt "in the know" which was tremendously helping in a process that seemed to always have us biting our nails! Kelly was very knowledgeable when it came to the exchange of our contracts and negotiating our final needs. She worked extremely well not only with the attorneys but with the sellers' real estate agent as well to help us come to a common ground. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and accessible. As mentioned earlier, she always had an answer to our many questions and responded immediately. Sometimes, we would text her for clarification and she would call us back to explain to us in detail how everything worked and what the next steps were. She was extremely approachable, polite and respectful. Having worked with Kelly for so long to find our dream home, I regard her as a "friend who does real estate" and not just a "real estate agent". She made us feel comfortable as first time buyers and respected, even at our younger age, at times where others in the process did not. Kelly's personality, drive, and willingness to help assist her clients makes her an excellent real estate agent. She is passionate and treats her clients as family. Kelly is a real estate agent we know that we can and will grow with throughout our lives as we continue to grow our family and develop a need for more space.

After using Kelly Moran on multiple sales/purchases we have yet again been blown away by her outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. She made this process less stressful and was always a phone call away with any concerns we had. Kelly is an amazing example of what an agent should be and we are proud to say we will continue to use her on any future deals and will be most definitely referring her to our families and friends. We could not begin to express our most sincere gratitude for making the purchase of our dream home the best experience possible!!!

We were informed ever step of the way. No question was too basic for her to answer. We also never felt like we were a bother or a burden. What can I say, she was just great!
