Kelly has superior skills in managing details and keeping you informed through out process, and in real time. She makes herself available and manages expectations very well. Kelly is extremely professional and experience and excels in customer service. Buying and selling a home is a stressful experience. Kelly seems to take a difficult moment in life and simplify it by being diligent, patient and easy to work with. Her organization skills keep all the moving parts running smoothly until the very end. She showed up at every inspection, walk thru and closing. Additionally even prior to this kelly was patient until we found the right home for our family. We saw over thirty properties with her, she never pushed us into something and only provided the best insight.
