Kelly Robinson was amazing! My husband and I were looking for our first house and Kelly helped us find it. She was always on top of it everytime we wanted to look at houses. Kelly is very informative and has a lot of great insights when it comes to looking at properties. My husband and I learned so much from her and are very grateful for the experience we had. If we ever decide to buy a house again we would love to have Kelly along side us for that journey.

Kelly Robinson was the best realtor we have ever worked with and we have worked with 5 others previously on other properties. She was very attentive, fast in response, clear communicator, patient, knowledgeable, great at negotiation strategey, understanding, and very quick at getting us into tours or sending us disclosure packages. Kelly has great resources for inspectors and encourages buyers to do all their due dilegence without the pressure of releasing contingencies too early. She has significant construction knowledge which is very helpful throughout the whole home buying experience. She details out what needs to be done when and will do whatever is needed to get things executed. Kelly is super easy to work with from a personality standpoint and she doesn't push properties on the client that aren't a good fit, like so many other realtors. There aren't enough stars in the rating system for her level of service. Highly recommend working with her on any real estate transation!

I rarely give testimonial comments, or reviews ever! so I hope this does it well. When I started the process of buying, it felt at times that I am searching for a unicorn. and on many occasions I was thinking to myself, I am asking Kelly for too much. But there was one thing that never changed even the process of my selection took soo long. She was ALWAYS putting her entire effort and support, and did her best ability to make the purchase a success.

My parents have had to make the difficult decision to downsize and move from the house they have lived in for 50 years. Kelly was there every step of the way and made what can be a stressful process easy and seamless. She was always available to answer questions and if she didn't know the answer, she would find the answer. Kelly was very involved from start to finish and made sure all tasks were completed on time.

As far as I am concerned no one could go wrong having Kelly as their agent. She was absolutely amazing in every aspect of selling my house The last month before it went onto the market, I moved out of state. Kelly handled every thing that needed to be done to get my house ready....from a huge amount of work under the house, interior painting, staging, updating fixtures, landscaping...just to mention a few tasks. Each & every task that needed to be managed by her was done with such professionalism and a "can do" positive attitude. Kelly had a great eye as to what needed to be done to "update" my house & have it looking its best when it went on the market. The house looked amazing and absolutely beautiful. She also put me in contact with contractors, painters, stagers, landscaping and window cleaning people which saved me a lot of time in selecting individuals to do all of this work.
