Kelly Vance was on top of everything always. She knew exactly what I was looking for in a house and so I know she is a good listener. Kelly had her finger on when the listings for houses I would want to see were first coming out and she would send them to me asap. I know that Kelly always worked hard and did her very best to get me in to see a house in very timely fashion. When I had questions after seeing a house, Kelly would always get me the answer quickly. Honestly, there were times that I thought that I must be her only client because she responded so quickly. Helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, understanding, excellent in knowing houses and the housing market. If Kelly didn't have an answer to my questions when looking at a house, she would call right then and there to someone who WOULD have an answer. I would highly recommend Kelly.

We knew Kelly from Church and it was an easy decision to go with her. The knowledge and professionalism of Kelly in our eyes is second to none. Again Kelly went above and beyond our expectations! Easy and no worries from start to finish Kelly went above and beyond her duty. In our personal opinion it was the easiest sale of a house that we've ever gone through.
