Buyer reviewWe had shopped and kept an eye on the real estate market before coming in for one week from another state. Kelly set up the homes we were interested in and also added a few for us to consider. We appreciated the fact that she worked well within our schedule and budget without trying to show us property in price ranges we were not interested in. She is knowledgeable about city and community information. Upon making an offer and following up with an inspection, she also assisted us in fine tuning our offer that resulted in the successful purchase of the home we were interested in. She touched base with us throughout the process and kept us well informed as we purchased our home. We were referred to Kelly by relatives in Johnson City and would refer friends and family to her in the future. Great job Kelly!

Seller reviewKelly was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the sale of our home. She was very easy to work with and always responded back to my questions and needs very promptly. She went above and beyond to help us with some issues that we had. She even went so far as to deliver pizza to our family to help us celebrate the closing of our home. How sweet! I would definitely refer Kelly to anyone who is looking to sell their home and wants somebody who knows what they're doing :-)

The last house she found (and the one we selected) was about mid-point of our budget range. I really appreciated that because too many times other agents only show things at the top of your budget. Kelly was also very helpful in making sure that everything went smoothly from our offer through closing.
