When we found THE house, she was quick to put together our offer and advise us on how to be as competitive as possible which is so important in this market. My husband and I are both Veterans, and we ran into an issue when the seller was advised not to accept our offer because it was backed by VA financing. (Shame on their realtor!) Kelly worked with everyone involved and quickly came up with a solution that eventually led to a signed contract.
