Buyer reviewWe started planning to buy a beach property 3 months out. We were 4 hours away from the area we were interested in. I gave Kemp the timeline. Using his website we identified the properties we were interested in. We made three trips to the beach. The first visit was to determine which of our favorites we wanted to make an offer on. The second was for a second showing on our favorite. The third was to close. Kemp was perfect and we made our timeline with 8 days to spare! Buyer reviewHave known Kemp for over 25 years....since then, he had previously managed a rental property of mine....assisted in a 1031 exchange back in 2011.....and just recently, another 1031 exchange. Paid him a buyer's fee to negotiate sale price.....even though he didn't want it!!!!!............... I insisted that he take it!!!!! Will not even contemplate dealing with another broker in the myrtle beach area. He essentially quarterbacked the entire 1031 transaction for me.......with legal and escrow teams. He has a very thorough understanding of my goals!!!! He is considered a "friend of my family"!!!!!!

Further more he did not ended his responsibility after the purchase of the place but is available to help me with important information.
