Personal Profile
Since 2008, I have been helping clients reach their goals, and doing so in the most professional fashion possible. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego in 2008. After working in the field for a short time, I found my true calling in Real Estate. My ability to talk with people and problem solve made real estate a perfect fit for me. I obtained my Real Estate License in 2008 and have worked in the industry ever since. My previous experience includes Property Management and helping clients Buy or Sell their home. In 2012 I received my Real Estate Brokers license and have recently joined the team at CENTURY 21 Affiliated.
When I'm not out selling homes, I love spending time with my wife and 4 french bulldogs. I also play in an adult baseball league, which helps fulfill my competitive nature. Having played baseball in high school, it is a great extension to my glory days. Thankfully San Diego has such great weather, we can play year round.
My expertise in the San Diego market and the outstanding resources of CENTURY 21 Affiliated give my clients the satisfaction that I can provide them the best quality service out there. A Real Estate transaction can be a stressful time, but it doesn't have to be. We do everything we can to make it as smooth as possible, while delivering our clients the best value and helping to build their personal wealth.

Buyer reviewKenneth Schwartz is one of the most involved realtors I've ever met. His knowledge of the area was on point. When he didn't know the answer, he would say so and not make up an answer. He got me the answer relatively quickly as well. He also was very invested in finding a good location for my family. If he saw a location he didn't think would work or wouldn't be approved then he let me know on the spot. Once he assisted in locating the home he was quick to move for offers and set up connections to effectively close on the home as soon as possible. He even had us contact other loan officers to verify we had the best deal. His contacts respect him as well and were just as honest as he was. Kenneth Schwartz has my highest recommendation and I would use him again if the opportunity presents itself.

He helped us negotiate a good price for both houses and made the process as painless as possible. My home buying process wasn't the easiest, and while there are many realtors not everyone had the patience and knowledge to help me before a homeowner. Enter, Ken Schwartz. Ken, took the time to show me around even before I had obtained a pre approval, He educated me on what characteristics I should look for in a home. After, we found the home I ran into small financial issues that would scare off any other Realtor, but not Ken as he stood by me until now that I am proud to say that I am a homeowner. If I can name this, I would say this is the best experience I have had in purchasing anything period.
