Personal Profile
Since 2008, I have been helping clients reach their goals, and doing so in the most professional fashion possible. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego in 2008. After working in the field for a short time, I found my true calling in Real Estate. My ability to talk with people and problem solve made real estate a perfect fit for me. I obtained my Real Estate License in 2008 and have worked in the industry ever since. My previous experience includes Property Management and helping clients Buy or Sell their home. In 2012 I received my Real Estate Brokers license and have recently joined the team at CENTURY 21 Affiliated.
When I'm not out selling homes, I love spending time with my wife and 4 french bulldogs. I also play in an adult baseball league, which helps fulfill my competitive nature. Having played baseball in high school, it is a great extension to my glory days. Thankfully San Diego has such great weather, we can play year round.
My expertise in the San Diego market and the outstanding resources of CENTURY 21 Affiliated give my clients the satisfaction that I can provide them the best quality service out there. A Real Estate transaction can be a stressful time, but it doesn't have to be. We do everything we can to make it as smooth as possible, while delivering our clients the best value and helping to build their personal wealth.

Ken is a true professional and phenomenal realtor. We have dealt with several other realtors with different home purchases in the past and Ken is leaps and bounds above the rest. His knowledge of the entire process from start to finish and all of the help he provided was amazing. He was the reason this whole transaction went smoothly and on time despite many shortfalls with the lender and seller's realtor. Ken is an expert at what he does and we would definitely like to work with him again for the purchase of our next home in San Diego. Ken knows how to work with Navy Federal Credit Union and all of the ins/outs of the various loans that they offer. Super knowledgable! If you are using NFCU as a lender, definitely go with Ken Schwartz!

We were so impressed with Ken and we highly recommend him to any buyer interested in a trustworthy, responsive, and caring professional. Buying a home is an intense process and Ken was always willing to do whatever he could to make the process easy and understandable for us. Ken has lots of connections with vendors to get good deals on repairs. Ken was also a strong negotiator who got us credit on our closing costs, even though our accepted offer was $15,000 below asking. He also really got to know what we wanted and did not try to get us to purchase a house we could not afford to gain a higher fee. We are very happy we chose Ken as our agent and we plan to use him for all of our real estate related needs in the future.
