I loved that fact that he was extremely knowledgeable in the industry and always available to answer questions we had. He was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to get our house sold. We had renters in there at the time and he did a great job of working with our tenants for showings and making sure the house was presentable for showings. When pictures needed to be taken of the property to list it, he personally picked up and cleaned certain areas of the home so the pictures looked great. I highly recommend Ken Thomson.

Ken Thomson marketed/sold our home of the past 52 years in our timeframe at the advertised price. Ken is knowledgeable in every aspect from the beginning to the closing and he even follows up and keeps in touch when he thinks of things that he realizes that I might want to know. He knows many people and has referred me to several professionals that have been great. Ken takes the iniative to be on the lookout for property that fits my needs, he pays close attention to every detail, when in the house he is looking and showing and explaining. He does not waste our time, but is able to be friendly and professional and polite and also work quickly and in a skilled manner he can describe the strengths and weaknesses of the house. He provides possible ides for enhancing and what might be the main priorities if purchased. He teaches and guides and organizes the strategies for bidding and listen attentively to the client and helps me focus. Ken is a real pleasure to work with and he is an asset to our community with the service he provides. He knows his job! He looks the part. Dresses in a nice professional yet casual manner that fits the job. He is not adverse to going into dark, damp, basements or wherever there might be information that would be helpful to the buyer. I have purchased two house with Ken as our agent and hope to work with him again and again. The staff were not involved with me with these purchases but I am sure they assisted Ken as needed. I have successfully worked with other agents of Century 21 over the last 10 years. I enjoyed the experience and it was educational as well. It is not possible to be with Ken Thomason in a Listed property and not be learning from him. He has a calm and quite manner that encourages one to pay attention as the details he is seeing and pointing out are amazing. He speaks of age of house and the materials used, the construction and built and strength and potential longevity of the house and how it might be brought up to date and people that could help in that effort. He knows the history of the area and it is clear that he totally loves his career.
