He was very knowledgeable in everything including even some of the different plants in my beautiful landscaped backyard. I was in a situation where there was multiple offers and he gave me the right perspective to make the correct decision and offer for me. I now have my beautiful home because of Ken's help and it was within my budget too! I would hire Ken again if I ever needed a realtor again he made everything go smoothly and less stressful.
