Seller reviewWe consulted with multiple real estate agents before deciding on ken. We decided to hire ken because he seemed to be a genuine person and is a very experienced agent. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail of the process in depth to us. I am happy to say he sold our house very quickly, and sold it for more then any other agent said we could get. He was honest when it came to price but also to our wishes into consideration and in the end got us exactly what we wanted. I couldn't think of anything he could have done better. Since we felt very comfortable working with him, it was a "no brainer" to work with him again to sell our condo when the time came. Considering I'm not always the easiest person to reach (I tend not to have my mobile phone glued to me), I knew that I could reach him whenever I needed to, to answer any questions of concerns that I had. He was always very prompt. Ken Thomson knows the business, had researched the area and presented a solid offering price and marketing plan for the sale of the condo. When the first deal fell through, because of the buyer's financing, he immediately had the condo on the market the next day and an offer on the books within a day or so after that. Seems he had kept in contact with other buyer's who were interested the first time we had the condo on the market. Thank you, Ken!
