Ken provided an invaluable service in our search for a home in Geneva area; his professionalism and expertise were second to none and we highly recommend him for anyone in need of finding a perfect home. We were in a tough situation; short of time and searching remotely from Minnesota. Ken was our eyes and ears on the ground. We only had his reports to base our decisions and we are glad that we followed his advise! When we had questions for home inspections, for local mortgage provider, for appraiser etc, he had excellent suggestions. When properties with good potential came up, we had him go over to take a look. His video commentary proved to be extremely valuable. We are so impressed with his local knowledge of the properties and connections he has with many difference services involved in house buying and maintenance. Importantly, we found him to be friendly and approachable, not to mention patient in providing responses to many questions/requests which would bound to arise in house buying. In conclusion, we are very happy with the property we ended up buying with critical help from Ken. Ken made sure the complex and time consuming process house buying proceed as smoothly as possible in as a timely manner as possible (we did managed to hit our original closing date, again much thanks to Ken for pushing the bank and appraiser).
