He listened to our ideas and helped us find a beautiful house. He knew we wanted something with lots of historic charm and on a small lot in the center of town. He identified a list of properties that fit our wish list and took us to view many of them. He also kept us updated as new listings appeared on the market. He respected our wishes and always made us feel comfortable during the search: he provided detailed, unbiased information and never once pressured us. When we were ready to buy, he made the process transparent and smooth. Overall- Ken is a wonderful and ethical person to do business with.
