Ken has great name recognition and a great reputation in the Geneva community. Many professors at HWS have worked with him, and they have been very satisfied. I was so glad to work with him, and it's really great to see his name on so many signs with his name around town. It makes me proud to work with someone with so much experience. The Broker itself didn't really matter to me...although I was a Century 21 Agent for 10 years or so in GA. I wanted an Agent who would listen to me and my concerns, knew the area, had a decent amount of listings and sales, used proper pricing, and was personable. I had been paying attention to area agents on line from GA : Ken Harris seemed to fit the bill for MY needs! His listings were priced properly, lowered quickly if necessary, and sold quickly as well.
