Kevin works with a medical mission group that takes trips around the world to help spread hope and love to people in need. For several years, he has been involved in The Lifeguard Ministry through the Waccamaw Baptist Association. The group prepares, transports and serves nutritious meals to 150 lifeguards each summer to assist in maintaining the endurance and physical requirements of those who protect and save lives.

They always took my calls, and they were diligent at every turn. Look up "professionalism" in the book and find Kevin McDowell and Dalton Richardson as defining examples. I will certainly turn to them for my future real estate needs. A great broker who knows his stuff. I have *already* recommended Kevin McDowell to other family members!! The was a question during escrow about where Zillow was drawing the property lines versus real world stakes. McDowell addressed that question adroitly and made the issue go away. A trouble-shooter if ever there was one. The staff in this case is Dalton Richardson. Dalton was diligent and hardworking, a fantastic part Kevin McDowell's team.
