In our initial call, I let him know up front that I was a first-time home buyer who had little understanding with how the process worked, and he reassured me that he would help me at every step of the way - and he did. Kevin immediately set up listing notifications with the parameters I requested, and was available at pretty much any time to answer questions or set up listings. We toured numerous houses together as I narrowed down my "must haves" and "don't wants", and he was incredibly patient throughout the whole thing. His attention to detail in every home we looked at, from checking the dates on all the major appliances, sending pictures of the roof to his "roofing guy", and providing recommendations for excellent resources around the area really made finding my house a much less stressful experience overall. If/when I move again, I will definitely use Kevin as my broker.
