Buyer reviewKevin LaRue was fantastic right from the start. In our initial call, I let him know up front that I was a first-time home buyer who had little understanding with how the process worked, and he reassured me that he would help me at every step of the way - and he did. Kevin immediately set up listing notifications with the parameters I requested, and was available at pretty much any time to answer questions or set up listings. We toured numerous houses together as I narrowed down my "must haves" and "don't wants", and he was incredibly patient throughout the whole thing. His attention to detail in every home we looked at, from checking the dates on all the major appliances, sending pictures of the roof to his "roofing guy", and providing recommendations for excellent resources around the area really made finding my house a much less stressful experience overall. If/when I move again, I will definitely use Kevin as my broker.

His experience and communication helped us go through the process step by step which made an overwhelming task become very easy and manageable. I can't thank him enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody that's thinking about buying or selling a house. Thankfully my friend recommend I speak with Kevin first, which saved me from losing out on thousands of dollars. From Day 1, Kevin treated me as if he was my personal consultant and was extremely communicative; anticipating my questions, needs, and next steps. He expertly navigated me through the entire process of preparing my condo for sale, prioritizing the key updates I needed to make to sell for top dollar, sent regular updates and reminders, and when multiple offers started coming in, Kevin's expert summaries made it very easy to digest and compare all of the information to help me select the best offer. Most of all, Kevin is just as invested -if not more- in seeing your success. He is extremely passionate about taking care of his clients and it truly was a blessing working with him as my realtor.
