Buyer reviewIt has been 20 years since I last bought a home, and much has changed in that time. I went into the process a bit apprehensive and tentative, but Kim Vilov made me feel at ease within minutes of our first meeting. In some ways she understood what I was looking for in a home better than I did, and so her guidance was critical in ultimately landing a great house in Silver Spring. Even after the sale closed Kim has been helpful and communicative, following up on some minor loose ends. Kim instantly understood what we were looking for - and was flexible when our priorities began to shift. She was always very thoughtful, whether it be carefully considering which properties to suggest or presenting all sides of an issue to allow us the space to make our own, informed decisions. She was incredibly patient and prompt and she constantly went out of her way to ensure our questions were thoroughly answered.
