She was extremely patient and positive even when I had moments of doubt or was convinced there would be nothing in my price range that I liked. In the end, she knew my criteria so well that she even suggested an open house somewhere more promising (that I ended up taking and loving!) when I had been ready to make an offer on another place that very day. She did more than add me to a listings search; she previewed places, checked in regularly, and followed up without failure.
