All her hard work, keeping me on schedule and ahead of timelines, and her incredible knowledge of the real estate business and area made it an easy choice the second time around. Not to mention always being accessible when I had any questions. If I were to ever sell or purchase again, I would definitely call Kimberly Allard. She was patient with our limited knowledge of technology (DocuSign) and walked us through the process. Most importantly, we felt she really cared about us and our situation and made sure we got the best deal from the builder. She is the best realtor we have used. Took care of all the details so we needed only to sign the papers. She is at the top of her profession as far as we are concerned and does it with a smile and unlimited patience, Kimberly advised us many times to not only the benefits of a property but also the pitfalls we could encounter if we chose that property. Her honesty and knowledge helped us immensely in making a decision. She pointed out things we would have missed and made suggestions on how to get the most from the seller. She made this journey less stressful with her expertise.

I hope I will live in my new house forever but if not kim is getting a call! Kim helped us every step of the way and was honest and never mislead us. She is so knowledgeable and knows many other knowledgeable people such as building inspectors, mortgage companies, and real estate attorneys. Kim knew so much more than other sellers and brokers, they were asking her professional advice! Both sides of the sale are very appreciative of Kim's knowledge!
