Ours was a extremely frustrated process because of working with a Municipality who in error removed the documented access road to the property. Kim helped us navigate throughout the process and explain the current and future steps needed. She was always available and with her expertise helped us understand. She takes a committed approach and gave us attention as if we were her only customers. Kim's communication style is to educate you so we all can make informed and realistic decision as to the value and Marketing of the property. Although we had our challenges selling this property, Kim was extremely supportive and worked with the town to keep pushing this project forward and communicating with us. I would recommend and use Kim as our Realtor again. To sum up our experience with Kim/Century 21: If you want someone with knowledge, expertise, high ethics-someone to work with you to achieve a mutual result-it's Kim/Century 21.
