Here the story: had a 2/2 with garage and fenced backyard in Sun N Lakes, Sebring listed with Kimberly. The property recieved 3 offers 2 fell apart over applicants obtaining a mortgage, 3rd was winner! We had to contend with outside offers that were not very strong, Mortgage rates increased, and a tenant with pets in my property quite the juggle! She remained optimistic and encouraging throughout the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone for their next real estate transaction.

From the moment i contacted Zillow and she responded it was impressed at her knowledge and her dedication to helping us find the perfect home for our unique needs! Kimberly Boersma was very attentive to our needs and searched diligently and when we fell in love with a property she was determined to make it happen! Meeting Kim in person, after speaking with her on the phone, she was fully prepared when she met me for the first time , with all the requirements and questions I had . Local surrounding sales com Etc . I have never worked with such a professional before and this was my third house that I was selling . she highly impressed me from the very beginning and that's why I chose to go with her and Century 21. I will be recommending her to everyone I know that will be selling a home and I know to at the moment . She is always been there for me from day one until closing she met every need that I had and I can't recommend her highly enough she sincerely was the best and is the best in my opinion.

Kimberley Boersma made purchasing my first home very simplistic and stress free and she worked hard and Diligently throughout the process. Kim kept me informed with every detail of the process and made all the phone calls and arrangements for what needed to be done which relieved a lot of the work and stress from me. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and had very little knowledge of the buying process. Before we met Kimberly, we had already had negative experiences with two agents from outside of Sebring. We were very discouraged. From the moment we met with her, Kim made us feel comfortable. We had a million questions, and she happily answered each and every question. If she didn't know the answers, she found them for us. She was available for our questions 24/7, and she never made us feel that we were bothering her. Once we found the home we loved, Kim fought for us. She kept to our budget, and she went above and beyond what a normal agent would have done. We got our home for the exact price we wanted, and we didn't have to sacrifice anything we had wanted. She even continued to fight for us so that we could move into the home on the day that was necessary for us. I honestly cannot write a review that would truly do justice to the excellent service we received. She is kind, patient, and understanding. We came into this process confused, and we left feeling like we had the support that we needed in order to make this experience enjoyable. We have already discussed recommending her to anyone and everyone that we hear is buying a home in the future. This company is extremely lucky to have Kim as an agent. My husband and I will be forever thankful for her help and her willingness to help a young, scared couple find the home of their dreams. Our agent understood our budget and our concerns. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Ms. Kimberly. Once I gave her a list of what I wanted it was not hard to find a home for us. I did lose out on some other homes to my liking only because I was not close by in the neighborhood. I drove almost 2 hrs. to see homes with her. But when I did come down to Sebring, she had several to look at. Always at least 3 to 6 to see. It was good transaction & a good deal for all concerned. Kimberly knows her job & does it well. Very nice to deal with too. I had dealt with a few, but Kimberly was overall the best. Please keep in mind that I was not her only client, so that is why I gave her that rating. But no complaints on my part. She did good overall. Took her time to find the right place for us. Organized the homes in order so that we did not run in circles. No problems, good work. I guess I have said it all, very pleased & happy with our new house. Great area, great home & most of all, a great price. She was looking out for our behalf & only got the right homes to look at. Didn't waste any of our time, & made the whole business transaction run as best as possible. Although some things were out of her control, no blame on her part. And to say that she & individuals at closing did have a lot of patience with my wife's situation of which was my main priority. I could not have asked for a better agent & closing attorney firm. Thanks to all involved, a job well done.
