It was a pleasant experience dealing with Ms. Kimberly. Once I gave her a list of what I wanted it was not hard to find a home for us. I did lose out on some other homes to my liking only because I was not close by in the neighborhood. I drove almost 2 hrs. to see homes with her. But when I did come down to Sebring, she had several to look at. Always at least 3 to 6 to see. It was good transaction & a good deal for all concerned. Kimberly knows her job & does it well. Very nice to deal with too. I had dealt with a few, but Kimberly was overall the best. Please keep in mind that I was not her only client, so that is why I gave her that rating. But no complaints on my part. She did good overall. Took her time to find the right place for us. Organized the homes in order so that we did not run in circles. No problems, good work. I guess I have said it all, very pleased & happy with our new house. Great area, great home & most of all, a great price. She was looking out for our behalf & only got the right homes to look at. Didn't waste any of our time, & made the whole business transaction run as best as possible. Although some things were out of her control, no blame on her part. And to say that she & individuals at closing did have a lot of patience with my wife's situation of which was my main priority. I could not have asked for a better agent & closing attorney firm. Thanks to all involved, a job well done.

Kimberly Boersma provided our family with Cadillac service. We were relocating from SC to Sebring. Kimberly was not only very professional, but she was very knowledgeable and down to earth. She was always available to take my calls and answer all of my questions. She was available after hours and on weekends to accommodate my schedule. She guided us through the buying process seamlessly. I do not think we could have found our perfect home without her!
