After choosing a house, I had a situation occur so I didn't have as much time to focus on the house so she agreed to take over and make sure I didn't loose the house due to missing critical dates. Kimberly Boersma was selling the house we were renting and we happened to be there for a showing. We knew nothing about buying a house and asked her a few questions about what it entailed. After she explained the process to us we asked her if she could help us. She was knowledgeable and her level of expertise showed right from the start. She quickly set us up with a few places to look at and the journey of finding a house began! Kimberly Boersma was extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard on our behalf. She was very attentive to every detail and communicated with us regularly and as soon as possible. She understood the type of house and neighborhood we were looking for and we found our house almost immediately. We attribute this to her excellent listening skills and her understanding of the area and properties available. Kimberly Boersma was amazing throughout the entire process. We are first time home buyers and had little to no knowledge of the process. She was patient and kind with us always! We must of asked her a million questions and she always had an answer for us. Kimberly kept us informed of everything going on. She made suggestions to us, but never pushed. She was always on time when we met to see a house. Once we chose our home, she helped us choose merchants, etc. which was very helpful since we are new to this area. She even shared paint colors and decorating ideas!!

We worked with Kimberly for over a year while we were trying to sell our home and Kimberly stayed in touch with us throughout the year. When we finally sold our home Kimberly had us set up to see properties the next day and a couple of days later we were in contract. She knew exactly what we wanted and was willing to work on our schedule. She was a complete joy to work with.

We value how quickly Kimberly was able to show us the houses we were interested in and how seamless with process was with her as our agent. I have the highest respect for the Century 21 team as a whole and am very glad we chose to work with an agent there. She walked us through the closing which was a little intimidating. She could tell when I had questions or was hesitant and explained in detail what to expect. We looked at a few houses online and planned to tour them with Kim. She had all the information and set up everything. By the time the weekend came around another house popped up on the market and we ended up touring that house and put an offer on it that day. She quickly handled canceling our other tours and walked us through each step up to closing and after.
