Buyer reviewWe value how quickly Kimberly was able to show us the houses we were interested in and how seamless with process was with her as our agent. I have the highest respect for the Century 21 team as a whole and am very glad we chose to work with an agent there. She walked us through the closing which was a little intimidating. She could tell when I had questions or was hesitant and explained in detail what to expect. We looked at a few houses online and planned to tour them with Kim. She had all the information and set up everything. By the time the weekend came around another house popped up on the market and we ended up touring that house and put an offer on it that day. She quickly handled canceling our other tours and walked us through each step up to closing and after. We bought the house of our dreams and couldn't thank Kimberly enough for being the one to help us along the way. Best Realtor Hands Down!

She went above and beyond making sure things were getting done and my needs were met. Additionally, her communication was top notch, she coordinated with me almost daily answering my questions into the late evening and on weekends. Bottom line she is a great realtor who truly cares for her customers.

First thing she said to me was " I want you to be happy with the home you choose and I will help you find it. Kimberly returned my phone calls, emails, and messages promptly or when was convenient to do so. She is engaging, confident and helpful. I was impressed with her knowledge of the area and we did find the perfect house for me. She went out of her way to help me get the house. In all of my years working with a realtor this has far been the best experience I have ever had. Kimberly wants all of her Real estate transactions to be a good experience and she worked very hard to make this happen for me.
