Seller reviewThe decision to sell my home was based on the need for a quick sale in order to purchase a specific home. At my first meeting with Kimberly Gerdon she took the time to listen to my needs, came prepared with information concerning the area market and comparable homes and had prepared a reasonable game plan. She provided guidance, references and support for staging and preparing the house for market. She perfectly priced and aggressively pre-marketed the house. Nine days after our first meeting the house was on the market and sold in less than 24 hours. And we even moved the "on market" day up by one day! When a snag popped up in the purchase of the other home it was Kimberly who put in the time and effort to resolve the issue. She maintained contact with myself and the purchasing agent throughout both processes. Thoughtful, efficient, professional, ethical and hard working- Kimberly was fantastic. She has tremendous energy and drive to "get it done" and the ethics to get it done properly. This was by far the best real estate interaction I have ever experienced. I would absolutely recommend Kimberly Gerdon - she was a dynamo and a dream to work with!

She listened to us, knew what was important to us and if she thought we were giving up any of our wants she would make sure we knew she would find what we wanted. She kept me up to date on every step of the process. We were first time home buyers who didn't have a clue and she made sure we knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. It is hard for us to trust people now days and she made it very easy to trust her. She had our best interest at heart and made sure we didn't loose hope. She put us in contact with amazing people for our mortgage and she made sure she checked in on us to see if we were happy and being taken care of and if I had any complaints she worked them out. She worked tirelessly on our contract to make sure it went through and on time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience with buying our first home with Kimberly. Should we ever decide to buy another home it would definitely be with Kimberly by our side. Thank you Kimberly for everything you did for Casey, myself and Renee!
