She managed our concerns very well, she was always reachable no matter what (talked with us for 30 mins while out to dinner with her husband), and is just an awesome person. Her husband even helped us out and talked on the phone with all of us when we were dealing with a rather unprofessional realtor while we were negotiating our contract. She was able to calm our nerves despite the arduous process we were going through during negotiations. We can't recommend Kim highly enough to our friends in the area. She will be the only real estate agent we use in this area moving forward. We truly had a great experience with Kim, she is excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better teammate to have in this process. Kim is awesome!
