She listens carefully to what you want, and is really clear about sharing her knowledge to get you the best deal possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I'm just sad we moved away from Charleston and won't get to work with her again. She's so wonderful. Kimberly does a great job with the financial and contract elements of the process. She's good about nudging you when you're behind on paperwork without making you feel bad about it. She's prompt and thorough. She does a FANTASTIC job interpreting offers and helping boil decisions factors down without influencing your actual choice. Again, she's amazing. She's simply the best. Can't overstate her excellence.
