Seller reviewWe have worked with Kimberly Lease previously on the sale of our first home in the Charleston area. Her work ethic, professionalism, and availability all exceeded our expectations on the first sale and so we wanted to work with her again for the sale of our second property in the area. Kimberly was quick to respond to all of our questions, making the sale a seamless process. We were extremely happy with the results of her marketing plan! She arranged for photos and a video of the property which turned out very nicely and made our home look inviting over the online listing. We had multiple offers within the first day, each new one better than the last. Kimberly took care of all of the conversations with the buyers' agent to ensure prompt responses.
