Buyer reviewShe was the listing agent for property. We are moving from Fl. so we wanted someone connected to the local community. My husband drove in from FL. to view the house. She was very helpful with local information. We'd never been to this area. We were looking for quiet area and a well maintained home. She was able to answer all our questions---referrals for insurance company, power company and cable company. Husband needed shed for storage and she was even able to help us with company for that. She also explained the shopping in and around the area and gave directions.

Kim suggested using her home inspector and we did and he was awesome Whenever we needed to communicate with Kim either during the day or at night she answered very quickly back and was very transparent with us.
