She was the listing agent for property. We are moving from Fl. so we wanted someone connected to the local community. My husband drove in from FL. to view the house. She was very helpful with local information. We'd never been to this area. We were looking for quiet area and a well maintained home. She was able to answer all our questions---referrals for insurance company, power company and cable company. Husband needed shed for storage and she was even able to help us with company for that. She also explained the shopping in and around the area and gave directions.

The communication was excellent and there were some special request that we were needing and Kim was able to get it done quickly. After several years of looking and visiting NC, in October 1st, 2019 we closed on a property with a log cabin that was our retirement dream. I did not succeed my long quest with other realtors, but after driving from out-of-state for over 12 hours and meeting Kim at the property, we closed the contract the same day.
