Buyer reviewWe've been working with Kim for 1.5 - 2 years. We made some offers, moved forward, backed out, changed our minds, and finally found the perfect home for us. Kim never pressured us. Kim advised us when to list our house and what to do for the open house, and we had the winning offer within 1 hour of our first open house. Kim also helped us negotiate with the buyers of our house and the sellers of the house we bought - and really did an excellent job getting us what we wanted for both transactions. Kim was persistent until successful when communicating with sellers, buyers, mortgage brokers, and attorneys - ensuring the transactions went smoothly, which they did. I have nothing but great things to say about Kim as a person and as our broker, and we will use her again without blinking an eye.
