Seller reviewThis is our third real estate transaction with Kate Archambault, and it gets better each time. I feel we are properly represented and I am prepared for each Closing. If I could clone Kate to handle my dealings in every state, I would in a heartbeat. She is beyond helpful, responsive, and professional. Each detail is handled with care and consideration. Buyer reviewMy husband wanted to buy something quickly. preferably near a lake. We needed to be able to research properties ourselves and go see them and then get input from Kim via phone or text. I was unable to go to MA to see houses all the time. When we made offers on a house, she was very quick to respond and get the offer in. There wasn't very much time. She also has had great referrals for us. One was the attorney and the other was a home inspector. Both were very thorough. It can be a stressful process with people offering all cash, We didn't want to sell our other houses to offer full cash and Kim was able to advise us. I am grateful that Kim was always calm and professional. Kim was referred to us by Cartus, the moving company that represented my husband's company.
