Kimberly Olbrich has taken her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate, becoming the top producer five years in a row with Century 21 Citrus Realty and currently ranked #28 in the state of California. Following her company's core vision and values, Kimberly has built a reputation for outstanding service receiving pinnacle award for quality service helping buyers and sellers predominately in the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas of Southern California. With nearly 14 years of experience, Kimberly offers a deep sense of commitment to providing the results her clients seek whether buying and or selling their dream home. Kimberly lives in West Covina with her husband of 20 years, six dogs and six cats. When she is not selling real estate, she likes to spend time with her grandchildren, hike local trails, enjoy RV trips, Disneyland with friends and plays piano. Seller reviewI reached out to a friend who works with Kimberly when I needed a realtor. This friend gave her high marks and after meeting Kimberly I was convinced she would to a great job for me. I was not disappointed. She did an amazing job of staging and photography - I didn't appreciate how good a job until I saw the listing for another unit in my complex that was nothing close to what Kimberly had done. We had the first viewing within three hours of when the listing went live, had the first offer within four days and the offer that was accepted, over listing price, within two weeks. Kimberly took care of required inspections, helped find people to do necessary work, coordinated with the broker on the property I was purchasing, answered all my questions and through it all acted as though I was doing her a favor by allowing her to handle the sale for me. I have already given her name to several people and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know who is thinking about selling their home. She is truly incredible.

She quickly assessed our situation and within a couple of days she had a plan and put it in to action. She quickly recognized our home's potential, and said she would take only a weekend to sell it, and she did, for over appraised value!
