Kimberly was great to work with! She over exceeded my expectations. My wife felt very comfortable from the begining and i just followed through. Kimberly is an expert in what she does and I was first impressed when we had our first meeting with her and she cam prepared with an estimated sale on our house based on comps etc. When it was time to list our house -- she delivered. When it was time for us to look for our dream home she was always accessible and really made sure we were happy with what we wanted. I never felt pressured or rushed. I would recommend her to anyone in a hertbeat!

I had several experiences buying/selling homes w/ other agents. I was never satisfied and thought that's how all realtors were. I was highly referred to Kimberly by my coworker when I was selling my other home. I couldn't break my contract at the time but noted that I'd contact her for next biz. Working with Kimberly has been exceptional! From our first meeting to casually show the house, she came prepared w/ presentation book that included everything I needed to know. There was no doubt we wouldn't sign contract after the meeting, although I had already decided beforehand. From preparing us to get the home ready to be listed, marketing plans, follow through, open houses, reviewing offers, and throuhout escrow, Kimberly really exceeded our expectations. She is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and responsive. She possesses all skill sets you want from a realtor. If you want to be happy with your home transaction, I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Kimberly!
